About Us

Eric Ebarb, Owner:

After moving to Colorado and discovering mountain biking and a true love of backcountry riding and hiking, Eric left his career as a chemist and began working building recreational trails. Eric started out with Cameron Fulton of Valhalla Trails in 2006 and worked as crew and then foreman for two seasons until they moved the company full time to Canada. At that point he started his own company: Boondock Trails. Eric brings a genuine passion for trail building and design and feels very fortunate to be doing a job that provides sustainable trails to recreational users of all kinds. His love of the out doors and having a job that keeps him there has been a dream come true.
